Simple Salami Snack & Fall Crawl day 12!

Happy Friday Friends!
The Fall Crawl is just about over...
Before it ends, I'd like to share a quick recipe.

When I think of fall, I think, caramel apples, cider, beautiful leaves, pumpkins, and comfort food! Some of my favorite comfort foods include cheese, ie; mac and cheese or grilled cheese. Other faves include pie crust. ie; apple pie, pumpkin pie, and chicken pot pie. Today, I'm going to share a super quick recipe that includes pie crust and cheese! I put this  together yesterday when I wanted something warm, yummy and fast! Enter, Simple Salami Snack. Now, if you don't eat salami, feel free to substitute with your fave meat. If you don't eat meat just stick to the cheese and add some veggies! If you don't eat meat or cheese, go make a sweet potato pie and fed ex a slice to me!

SIMPLE SALAMI SNACK

What you will need:
 Prepared pie crust
Genoa salami
Swiss cheese
a large glass cup
cookie sheet
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Unroll your pie crust and cut out circular pieces with your glass cup.
    3. Take your piece of pie crust, layer with  cheese, and salami roll them together and pin with a toothpick.

4. Bake or 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown with yummy oozing cheese!

5. ENJOY!

The comfort of pie crust,  gooey-ness of cheese, and salty salami made this snack perfect for my palette! I hope it does the same for you.
