Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
-Add egg yolks. One at a time. (Beat well after each egg has been added)

-Add vanilla extract to milk
-  Slowly add Presto cake flour and milk/vanilla combo.
Alternate between adding the two to bowl. Mix well.
-Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

-Mix well.

-Line your cupcake pan with liners. Use 1/4 cup measuring spoon to fill each liner with batter.

-While your cupcakes are baking, make your frosting and assemble the candy acorn toppers.
-FOR FROSTING
-Blend butter and cream cheese well
-Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract
-slowly add your powdered sugar and mix until fluffy
-FOR ACORNS

-To assemble simply add a dab of frosting to the flat side of your vanilla wafer and press flat side of Hershey's kiss to attach. Add a dab of frosting to top of wafer and sprinkle with chocolate.
-Remove cupcakes from oven and cool.
( Please make sure you cool your cupcakes! Otherwise, your frosting will look a hot mess!)

- Frost cupcakes with as much frosting as your heart desires!
( Just make sure there is enough to go around)
-Sprinkle with chocolate.

-Add your acorn toppers and you have your fall spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting!

Once again, HAPPY FALL. I hope you enjoy your cupcakes!

That's my 2 cents!
