Lazy guide to a delicious pumpkin waffle! & Fall Crawl day 9.

Let me start by saying, by lazy I mean quick! Time flies and making things from scratch isn't always an option. Yet, we still want to eat savory, filling, and fun foods. The following recipe gives you a shortcut to delicious pumpkin waffles! ENJOY!

What you'll need:

Your favorite pancake or waffle mix
1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie
1 tsp cinnamon (more if you really love it.)
all spice
waffle iron
maple syrup
a hand full of dried cranberries
(Typically you will need water and oil to turn pancake mix into waffle mix)

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1.  Heat your waffle iron
  2. Follow the instructions on your pancake/waffle mix and blend in a large bowl
  3. add 1 tsp of cinnamon
  4. sprinkle an ample amount of all spice on top of your mix and blend well. (do not leave any lumpy batter)
 5. add 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin pie to your mixture
6. blend well
7. simply cook your waffles until no steam is released from the iron.
8. remove from iron and sprinkle with dried cranberries

ENJOY!!!
