A quick yummy afternoon meal.
I had wheat bread, lettuce, mayo, and of course BACON! However, I didn't have a tomato! (insert sad face here.) Well, on my quest for a delicious B.L.T. I looked a little deeper into the refrigerator! Taboule Salad! Yum. A combination of tomato, parsley, onion, cracked wheat, and other spices. This was the perfect substitution for the T- Tomato in my B.L.T!
I'm thinking I may smother a chicken in taboule and olive oil then bake it. Or maybe, mix it with cream cheese or sour cream and make a delicious creamy dip. Ohhhh, I don't know but, when I do experiment, you know I'll share it with you!
