I'm always hungry! Today I made a quick healthy Asian inspired lunch. It was easy to prepare and turned out delicious. If you are interested in the recipe keep reading!
What you will need:
Heat a half tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
Add your sliced peppers and seafood mix to the hot oil.
Once the peppers have cooked down, add crushed red pepper flakes and a 1/2 tablespoon of stir-fry sauce.
Stir over high heat continuously.
Next heat one tablespoon of oil.
Add noodles to hot oil.
After 30 seconds, add 1/4 cup of water to the noodles. Once water evaporates add seasoning packet to noodles and mix well.
Once your noodles and stir fry are both cooked thoroughly, combine them.
Put it in a bowl and you're done!
