An Afternoon in Davis Square

A gorgeous day = an afternoon out with a friend, a little lunch and, a little shopping ;-)

First stop- Rosebud Diner.

This diner is housed in a restored 1941 Streamlined Worcester Diner. (The lunch car from a train.) I have been here before for breakfast and figured why not give it a shot for lunch!

What did we eat?

We split the Dijon, Ham and, Swiss sandwich, french fries and...
a yummy garden salad.

Second stop- Davis Squared

This cute little shop caught my eye because of this...
Once I saw the cupcake apron, I had to go in.

Davis Squared offers anything from candles and lotions, to jewelry and tote bags. Many of the items in store are made locally.(Which is always a plus.)

It's a great place to stop in for gifts or,to  treat yourself! ;-)

We had a great afternoon. Hope you're enjoying your day!
